Service is the best and very knowledgeable. Mark is a pleasure to deal with. He has been supplying Old Oak Country Club with all of our tire needs from carts and equipment to vehicles for over ten years now.

I got a better tire here for the same price as economy tires at a discount tires. I stopped in to price check a new set and I got to say, the whole experience of a small buisness tire shop is so much better. No upselling or fear mongering. He ordered my tires in, we made the appointment to drop the car off a few days later, and he got the job done in just a few hours. I'll never go back to a big box store for tires again

I needed air in one of my tires. I went to a big box store and they said they outside they could not get the valve cap off. I asked a manager inside if he could try and he said it would be a 2 hour wait! I knew Ruby Street Tire Co had been around for years, so I went there. Melissa was changing a tire, but took time to put some W2 on the valve to loosen it. It instantly broke loose and I was on my way. She also replaced some missing valve caps on my other tires and did all of this free of charge. I was very impressed with the outstanding customer service! I highly recommend them!

I rented a truck for moving and the tire looked low/cab was shaky. I called Melissa at Ruby Street Tire and she got us in right away. She confirmed the inner tire was bad and quickly changed it, and also completed a full check of fluids and other tires to make sure our long distance drive would be safe. Absolutely wonderful, honest people. I highly recommend!
